The final game of the year in 1948 with Winder Barrow was not played due to weather conditions. Coach Maddox was called up in the Army Reserve during the Korean war and did not coach in 1950-1952. Coach Dixie Howell was Head Coach during those years. I was a player during those years and can personally attest to the correctness of the information.
